Eligibility :
SPRay Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Timing :
The SPRay Sweepstakes begins on December 1, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 31, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).
How to enter:
During the Promotion Period, visit: http://www.ugo.com and click on the “free stuff” section of the website. Then, follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration, including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Limit:
Each participant may enter one (1) time during the Promotion Period.
Prize (s):
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A package of video games including SPRay for Wii; Robocalypse for DS; Tecmo Bowl: Kickoff for DS; Ninja Gaiden Dragon Sword for DS; and Ninja Gaiden Sigma for PS3. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $165.
TWO (2) FIRST PRIZES: SPRay for Wii. ARV: $40.
