Children’s Miracle Network Microsoft Xbox 360 Gameroom Giveaway Promotion

Eligibility :Sweepstakes portion of the Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States of America (“U.S.”) who are 18 years of age or older, or from 13 through 17 years of age where the participating individual has the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate in the Promotion.  The Contest portion of the Promotion is only open to hospitals affiliated with Children’s Miracle Network (each an “Eligible Hospital”).

Promotion Period : Beginning September 3, 2009 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time through October 16, 2009 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Contest Period”)

How To Enter : Visit xbox.childrensmiraclenetwork.org and follow the on-screen entry instructions to create a free membership account and “Entry” profile.  Then log onto the Website using such account and profile, and follow additional on-screen entry instructions to vote for your favorite Eligible Hospital from the Participating Hospital List.  You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each valid online vote for an Eligible Hospital on the Participating Hospital List and ten 10 entries into the Sweepstakes for each Entry submitted via valid mail-in card (each an “Entry”).

Limit : You may vote ten (10) times per day via the Website for any Eligible Hospital of your choice from the Participating Hospital List.

Prize (s):

Contest Winners (3) :  Unless disqualified, each Contest Winner shall receive a prize of one (1) Microsoft Game Room, including electronic equipment (“Equipment”) to be provided by Microsoft Corporation with an approximate retail value of $10,000 (“Contest Prize”). Specific selection of Equipment and configuration of the Game Room will vary based upon mutual determination of Microsoft and the Contest Winner, but by way of example, could include Equipment such as two (2) 42″ Plasma TV’s; two (2) Xbox 360 systems; 10 1st/3rd party Xbox video game titles; four (4) Windows Based PC’s; four (4) 22″ PC Monitors; four (4) MS sets of mice, keyboards and webcams; two (2) Zune devices; two (2) speaker docking stations; associated furniture and paint, or other Microsoft provided Equipment, hardware and software.

Sweepstakes Winners (5): Unless disqualified, each Sweepstakes Winner shall each receive one prize consisting of one (1) XBOX 360® Elite console (each a “Sweepstakes Prize”).    The approximate retail value of each Sweepstakes Prize is $300.
