Eligibility : Wheel of Fortune Making Memories Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to permanent legal residents of the 50 states of the U.S. or D.C. (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions), who are physically located and residing therein, and who are 18 years of age or older as of January 28, 2013.
Timing : This Sweepstakes begins at 3:00:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on January 28, 2013 and ends at 2:59:59 p.m. PT on February 2, 2013 (“Sweepstakes Period”)
Limit : Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address per Daily Sweepstakes.

Ten (10) Daily Sweepstakes Prizes (two (2) prizes per Daily Sweepstakes) and one (1) Overall Sweepstakes Prize will be awarded as fully described below. Each Daily Sweepstakes prize consists of a trip for prize winner and up to three (3) guests (“Guest(s)”) to one (1) of the below destinations (each winner will be able to select option a) or option b) as described below:

This prize consists of: round-trip coach-class air transportation for winner and up to three (3) Guests from a major airport gateway near prize winner’s residence in the 50 states of the U.S. or D.C. to a Southern California airport as chosen by Disney (winner is responsible for transportation to the major airport gateway and air transportation may include one or more stops); Room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for four (4) nights at the Disneyland® Resort selected by Disney in its sole discretion; one (1) voucher for four (4) round-trip ground transfers between the Southern California airport and the Disneyland® Resort; Four (4) 5-Day Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® Tickets; and one (1) Disney Gift Card with a value of one hundred twenty-five United States Dollars ($125.00) for the prize winner only.
Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize is: $4,588.
