Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Promotion Period : T-Mobile Go Places with Your Motorola CLIQ Sweepstakes begins on 09/29/09 at 12:00:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 11/01/09 at 11:59:59 pm ET.
How To Enter : To participate, log onto www.t-mobile.com/CLIQ (“Website”) during the Instant Win Entry Period. Once on the Website, follow the on-screen directions to complete and submit a registration form. After completing the form you will receive one (1) entry into the Instant Win Sweepstakes. During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes portion of the Promotion when you log onto the Website and follow the on-screen directions to complete and submit a registration form.
Limit : With the exception of Bonus Entries, there is a limit of one (1) Grand Prize Sweepstakes entry and one (1) Instant Win Sweepstakes entry per person, per household, per mobile phone number and per email address per Day of the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.

INSTANT WIN PRIZES (105): A T-Mobile Motorola Cliq cellular phone. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each T-Mobile Motorola Cliq cellular phone is Three Hundred Sixty-Two Dollars ($362.00 US).
GRAND PRIZES (3): A trip for Grand Prize Winner and up to five (5) friends (each, a “Guest” and collectively, “Guests”) to travel to one (1) of four (4) destinations as set forth below (exact travel dates and accommodations to be determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion) (the “Trip”). Each Grand Prize Winner shall select one (1) of the following Trip options:
Good Times in the Big City– Four (4) days, three (3) nights in New York City, New York, including up to six (6) tickets to a Broadway show (to be determined by Sponsor).
Atop the Snowy Mountain – Four (4) days, three (3) nights in the mountains of Aspen, Colorado.
Fun in The Sun – Four (4) days, three (3) nights in Miami, Florida.
Golf Weekend Getaway – Four (4) days, three (3) nights in Scottsdale, Arizona, including a free round of golf for up to 6 people (exact golf venue to be determined by Sponsor).
Each Trip includes: round-trip, coach-class air transportation for up to six (6) persons from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor) to Grand Prize Winner’s selected destination; and hotel accommodations for six (6) persons (three (3) standard rooms, double occupancy).
The ARV of each T-Mobile Grand Prize is Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00 US).
