Eligibility :
All participants must be legal residents of the United States, at least 13 years old as of date of entry.
Timing :
This Stride Rock Band 2 Online Ladder (this “Ladder”) will be conducted beginning on October 13, 2008, and ending on November 21, 2008 .
How to enter:
You must be an active and registered member of the GameBattles.com site (the “GameBattles Site”) to enter. You may register for the Ladder by logging on to the GameBattles Site and completing the free on-line registration form at http://gamebattles.com/join. Please provide a valid e-mail address, as e-mail will be the primary method of contact . Ladder registration is on a first come first serve basis and is open until registration is closed when the ladder closes. One entry per person per Ladder per household. Valid Ladder entries must contain all information requested. Incomplete and/or multiple entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the MLG and will not be acknowledged or returned. MLG not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or incomplete entries
Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to the winner. The winner of the Guitar Ladder is the player who is number 1 ranked player on the Guitar Ladder, as of 9:00pm EST on November 21, 2008. This Grand Prize winners shall receive: A trip package to the Spike TV Video Game Awards (VGAs) in Los Angeles, CA on December 14, 2008. Each trip package to the VGAs includes.
* round trip coach airfare for each winner, his/her guest and a chaperone if winner is under the age of majority within his/her state of residence, from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s home to the VGAs. If Winner resides within a 100 mile radius of the location of the VGAs, ground transportation may, at Sponsor’s discretion, be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value.
* ground transportation to and from each airport.
* 2 days/ 1 night standard double occupancy-hotel accommodations at a hotel selected by Sponsor.
* Passes for winner and guest to the VGAs.
In addition, the Grand Prize winner shall receive the following:

· MLG Hoodie
· MLG Credits (50)
Grand Prize package has an approximate retail value of $1,000.
