Eligibility : Open to legal residents of CO, IA, KS, MO, NE, OK, and TX 18 years of age or older (NE residents must be 19 years of age or older) as of January 1, 2010.

Promotion Period : Online begins at 12:00:01 AM Central Time January 1, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Central Time February 15, 2010 (“Entry Period”).
