How To Enter : To enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period, visit nbcsports.com/UltimateAccess (the “Website”), and follow the provided instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form

Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open to permanent, legal residents of the contiguous forty-eight (48) U.S. and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and hold a valid U.S. driver’s license in their state of residence as of the start of the applicable Monthly Sweepstakes Period.

Timing : The Sweepstakes starts at 9:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 8, 2012 and closes at 11:59:59 PM ET on August 6, 2012 (the “Sweepstakes Period”)

Limit : Limit of one (1) Entry per person or email address per Monthly Sweepstakes Period for a limit of three (3) Entries per person or email address during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s) :

There will be a total of three (3) Monthly Grand Prizes available to be won [one (1) for each Monthly Sweepstakes Period].

Monthly Grand Prize #1 – “Tour of California”: Monthly Grand Prize #1 includes return economy airfare for two (2) people departing from the major US airport closest to the winner’s residence to a Sponsor designated California airport; three (3) nights’ accommodation in a moderate hotel as selected by the Sponsor in a standard room based on double occupancy. The use of a Nissan vehicle for two (2) days, two (2) tickets to the cycling event and exclusive behind the scenes access (such as; riding in tour vehicle, meeting team, coaches, etc – exact details will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and may be subject to change). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) is three thousand seven hundred dollars ($3,700). Winner and Travel Guest must be available to travel between May 18, 2012 and May 21, 2012 or the Monthly Grand Prize #1 will be forfeited.

Monthly Grand Prize #2 – “Cascade Gran Fondo”: Monthly Grand Prize #2 includes return economy airfare for two (2) people departing from the major US airport closest to the winner’s residence to Oregon; three (3) nights’ accommodation in a moderate hotel as selected by the Sponsor in a standard room based on double occupancy. The use of a Nissan vehicle for two (2) days, two (2) tickets to the cycling event and exclusive behind the scenes access (such as; riding in tour vehicle, meeting team, coaches, etc – exact details will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and may be subject to change). ARV is three thousand seven hundred dollars ($3,700). Winner and Travel Guest must be available to travel between August 2, 2012 and August 5, 2012 or the Monthly Grand Prize #2 will be forfeited.

Monthly Grand Prize #3 – “USA Pro Cycling Challenge”: Monthly Grand Prize #3 includes return economy airfare for two (2) people departing from the, major US airport closest to the winner’s residence to Denver; three (3) nights’ accommodation in a moderate hotel as selected by the Sponsor in a standard room based on double occupancy. The use of a Nissan vehicle for two (2) days, two (2) tickets to the cycling event and exclusive behind the scenes access (such as; riding in tour vehicle, meeting team, coaches, etc – exact details will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and may be subject to change). ARV is three thousand seven hundred dollars ($3,700). Winner and Travel Guest must be available to travel between August 24, 2012 and August 27, 2012 or the Monthly Grand Prize #3 will be forfeited.

MONTHLY FIRST PRIZE: There will be a total of three (3) Monthly First Prizes available to be won [one (1) for each Monthly Sweepstakes Period]. Each Monthly First Prize will consist of one (1) RadioShack Nissan Trek Team Replica Madone Bike. ARV of each Monthly First Prize is five thousand one hundred and forty four dollars and ninety nine cents ($5,144.99).

MONTHLY SECOND PRIZE: There will be a total of three (3) Monthly Second Prizes available to be won [one (1) for each Monthly Sweepstakes Period]. Each Monthly Second Prize will consist of one (1) signed cycling helmet and one (1) signed Team Jersey as chosen by the Sponsor. ARV of each Monthly Second Prize is two hundred and twenty five dollars ($225).
