The Grand Prize Sweepstakes consists of two (2) random drawings, a Muscle Beach Memories Trip Drawing and a Sexy South Beach Trip Drawing, the important dates of which are stated in the table below. Each random drawing will award a Grand Prize, as described below.

(A) MUSCLE BEACH MEMORIES TRIP, VENICE, CA RANDOM DRAWING/GRAND PRIZE/ & ODDS OF WINNING: On or about 1/5/11, a random drawing “Muscle Beach Drawing”) will be conducted by PrizeLogic, the independent agency administering this Promotion, to select the potential Grand Prize winner of the Muscle Beach Memories Trip (“Muscle Beach Sweepstakes Winner”) from among the total number of all eligible entries received in between 7/22/10 at 12:00 A.M., ET and 12/31/10 at 11:59:59 P.M., ET in the Muscle Beach Drawing. The potential Muscle Beach Sweepstakes Winner will be notified by email, telephone, and or overnight mail on or about 1/15/11.
