Company Kids Be A Company Kids Model Contest

Eligibility :
This contest is open only to residents of the U.S. and Puerto Rico, 21 and over. You must be the legal parent or guardian of the child(ren) photographed to enter.

Timing :
All entrants must submit their entry online by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on 7/31/08

How to Enter :
Submit two (2) photographs of your child in .jpeg or .gif format, which best highlight your child’s visual appeal, charisma, and appropriateness for promotional uses and complete the online entry form. To enter, go to www.companykids.com and click on the “Contest” link to read Official Rules, and then follow entry instructions.

Limit :
Limit one entry per child or twins/triplets submitted. “One entry” consists of two photos, but must be two photos of the same child or of the twins/triplets.

Prize (s):
Grand Prizes (2): A trip for 3 people (or up to five people if winning child depicted is a twin or triplet) to New York City. Prize consists of air transportation to/from a major airport closest to winner’s home to/from a New York area airport for winner and two people (one of the people traveling with winning child must be the parent or legal guardian of child in winning photo), tourist class or better hotel accommodations in New York area for six (6) nights for winning child, parent or legal guardian and one other person (unless winning child is a twin or triplet) in a family suite for up to five (5) person occupancy, transportation to/from airport/hotel and studio location for photo shoot, for which at least one parent or guardian domiciled in the same household, and the subject child must attend, and a $500 Company Kids® gift certificate. Meals, gratuities and all other expenses not specified herein are winner’s responsibility. The child in photos submitted by the Grand Prize winners may be included in 2009 advertising for Company Kids®. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $6,500 each.

First Prizes (10): A $100 Company Kids® gift certificate. ARV: $100 each.
