Eligibility :
Sweepstakes open only to permanent legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and where prohibited or restricted by law.
Timing :
Sweepstakes begins August 25, 2008 at 12:00 pm Pacific Time (“PT”), and ends at 11:59 pm PT on September 22, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
How to enter:
To enter the Sweepstakes, go to www.bravotv.com and follow the on-screen instructions to complete and thereafter transmit the official online entry form, which includes: your full name, complete mailing address, telephone number, and valid e-mail address.

Limit (1) entry per person or unique email address per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of a trip for the Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to New York, NY (the “Trip” or “Prize”). The Trip includes 1) Round-trip coach-class domestic air transportation for two (2) from a major airport nearest Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) to one of the major gateway airports nearest New York, NY (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); 2) 3 days/2 nights hotel accommodations in a New York, NY metropolitan area hotel (one standard room, double occupancy), as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion; and 3) One (1) dinner for two (2) at a restaurant owned by a past Top Chef Contestant (“Dinner”), as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Dinner, including taxes and tip, will be pre-paid by Sponsors, and is not to exceed $250.00 (Dinner does not include any alcohol purchases – alcohol must be paid for separately by Winner). Sponsors have the right in their sole discretion to substitute ground transportation for air transportation depending on Winner’s place of residence. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize is $3200.00.
