Prize (s):
One (1) prize winner will receive a trip for the winner and three (3) guests to Los Angeles, California, which consists of economy round-trip airfare for four (4) from a major airport near the winner’s residence in the United States (chosen in Sponsor’s sole discretion) to Los Angeles, California (travel must be completed by 12/31/09), four (4) nights double-occupancy hotel accommodations (hotel and room selection at Sponsor’s sole discretion), spa treatments (such as Makeup Application, Eyebrow Shaping, Lash Curl, Pure Collagen Eye Treatments, Total Anti-Aging Facial, Replenishing Facials, etc.) for the winner and three (3) guests at the treatment destination(s), limousine transportation for four (4) between the hotel and the treatment destination(s) and limousine transportation for four (4) between the hotel and the airport in Los Angeles upon arrival and departure.
