Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the forty nine (49) United States (Maine is excluded) and the District of Columbia who are 13-years of age or older.
Promotion Period : The Will Your Team Make It or Break It Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on December 1, 2009 at noon Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on January 30, 2010 at noon ET (the “Promotion Period”).
How To Enter : To enter the Sweepstakes online, access the website located at www.teen.com/makeitorbreakitsweeps (“Sweepstakes Site”) and follow the online instructions to complete and thereafter submit the Sweepstakes entry form (“Online Entry”).
Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of entry method during the Promotion Period.
Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a $10,000 cash prize.In addition, a donation of $1,000.00 will be made by Sponsor to the high school team of the Grand Prize winner’s election, subject to acceptance by the school.
