Schick Shave Ryan Nyquist Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are at least 16 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Energizer Battery Company, Inc., their respective related companies and agencies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”), July 14, 2008, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT, August 3, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize Winner (“Winner”) will be awarded a four day/three night vacation for two (2) to the 2009 Winter X Games 13, in Aspen Co. Prize vacation includes round trip coach airfare for two (2) on Sponsor designated airline; three nights accommodation (double occupancy) at Sponsor’s designated hotel, ski lift tickets for two people for three (3) days, four (4) day full size car rental (if winner is under 25 years of age a $100.00 a day transportation allowance will be provide in lieu of car rental), and a $1,000.00 spending allowance. Originating airport will be the major airport served by designated carrier closest to the Winner’s residence. Total approximate retail value (ARV) $10,000.00.
