How To Enter : During the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.dollargeneral.com (the “Site”), then complete all required registration information to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entry”) and one (1) chance to be an Instant Winner (“Game Play”).

Eligibility : Open to individual, legal U.S. residents, residing in AL, AR, AZ, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI and WV, 18 years of age and older as of date of participation.

Timing : The Fresh Start Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 9:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 26, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on January 22, 2012 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Limit one Game Play/Sweepstakes Entry per person per day.

Prize (s) :

Sweepstakes Prizes: Grand Prize (1): A $50,000 check, made payable to the winner. First Prize (2): A $10,000 check, made payable to the winner. Second Prize (10): A $1,000 check, made payable to winner.

Instant Win Prize and Approximate Odds of Winning: Instant Win Prize (2,800 total, 100 per day): A $10 Dollar General gift card. The approximate odds of winning an Instant Win Prize are 1:327.
