Eligibility :
The DIY Sweat Equity Challenge 2009 Sweepstakes is open only to residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths (excluding Puerto Rico) who are 18 years of age or older.

Promotion Period :
Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 24, 2009 until 11:59:59 p.m. ET on June 8, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”)

How To Enter :
You may enter the DIY Sweat Equity Challenge 2009 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) online by visiting the Do It Yourself Network (“DIY”) website (www.DIYnetwork.com) (the “DIY Website”) and completing the online entry form by providing your name, complete address, phone number and valid e-mail address

Limit :
limit one online entry per person and per e-mail address per day

Prize (s):

(A) Weekday Prizes: Thirty-two (32) Weekday Prize Winners (Monday through Friday), will each win one (1) gift card to The Home Depot with a value of $1,000 Total value of all Weekday Daily Prizes: $32,000

(B) Weekly Prizes: Six (6) Weekly Winners will each win one (1) gift card to The Home Depot valued at $5,000. Total value of Weekly Prizes: $30,000

(C) Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win $75,000 in cash. Total value of Grand Prize: $75,000.
