AT&T Real Yellow Pages Real Challenges Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
This sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the following states who are 18 years of age or older as of 6/9/08: AL, CA, CT, FL, GA, IN, KY, LA, MI, MO, NC, OH, SC, TN, TX, WV and WI. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of AT&T Operations, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Project Support Team, Inc. (“P/S/T”), their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion and administrative agencies (hereafter, collectively “Released Parties”) and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void outside the eligible states specified above and where prohibited. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Timing :
Between 12:00:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on 6/9/08 and 11:59:59 PM CT on 12/16/08 (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter :
You can play one of the two following ways:
Upon receipt of your 2008/2009 AT&T Real Yellow Pages phone book, visit www.TheRealSweepstakes.com and provide the book number (located on the spine of your AT&T Real Yellow Pages phone book) along with your state of residence. Once this information is provided, you will be invited to participate in one of the designated Challenges (hereafter referred to as a “Challenge” or “Challenges”). Each Challenge will require you to locate (3) three applicable company names and phone numbers within your 2008/2009 AT&T Real Yellow Pages phone book. NOTE: Each company name (and corresponding phone number) must be an actual listing in the 2008/2009 AT&T Real Yellow Pages phone book to be eligible. Upon completion of the Challenge, you will be prompted to complete and submit the Official Entry Form to receive one (1) entry in the sweepstakes.

In the event that you do not have the 2008/2009 AT&T Real Yellow Pages phone book or if you do not wish to participate in a Challenge, visit the following link: http://www.TheRealSweeptakes.com/amoe and complete the alternate means of entry Official Entry Form and receive one (1) entry in the sweepstakes. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM CT on 12/16/08 to be eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing.

Limit :
There is a limit of (5) five entries per person, per household and per email address for the duration of the Promotion Period, regardless of the method of entry. Additional entries received from any one person, household or email address after the first (5) five entries received from that person, household or email address will be void.

Prize (s):
Grand Prize (1): A check in the amount of $50,000.

(31) First Prizes (to be awarded per state as designated above): A check in the amount of $5,000.  Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being provided.
