The sweepstakes starts at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 6/1/08 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 8/31/08 (“Promotional Period”).
How to enter:
Visit www.energizer.com/preparedness and follow the instructions posted to complete and submit an entry. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 8/31/08. A day is defined as starting at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on a specific calendar day and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on that same day. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “Authorized Account Holder” is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder, as well as any other proof of eligibility that Sponsor may request.
