Eligibility :
The JanSport “Win a Laptop” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is offered only in the United States and District of Columbia (“Territory”) and is open only to legal U.S. residents of the (50) U.S. states or District of Columbia
who are 13 or over, as of date of entry: if you do NOT reside in Territory or are otherwise ineligible, do NOT attempt to enter the Sweepstakes. Employees, officers and directors and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouse) wherever they may live and others living in their same household (whether related or not) of JanSport, a division of VF Outdoor, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, and their advertising, promotion or production agencies are not eligible to enter or win the
prize.
Timing :
Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on August 4, 2008 and ends on 11:59:59 p.m. PT on September 30, 2008 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Void outside Territory and where prohibited by law.
How to enter:
During Sweepstakes Period, go to www.jansport.com\backtoschool08 and click on the Sweepstakes button to access the Sweepstakes page. You may also access the Sweepstakes page by clicking the Facebook banner ad for the Sweepstakes. Once on the Sweepstakes page, complete the official entry form with your first and last name, mailing address (including zip code), daytime phone number (including area code), age and email address. Check the box indicating that have read and agree to these Official Rules. Then, click “submit” to submit your entry. You will also be asked whether you wish to optin to receive emails from Sponsor. You are NOT required to optin to receive emails from Sponsor and your decision whether or not to do so will NOT affect your ability to enter the Sweepstakes or your chances of winning.
