Sweepstakes open to individual legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories and possessions), age 18 or older as of 8/18/08, except employees (and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Sponsor, GolinHarris, Wonders of Wildlife and Blue Heron Communications and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, suppliers, distributors and advertising and promotion agencies. Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico and U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Timing :
ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59 PM PT ON 10/31/08 TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE YAMAHA NATIONAL HUNTING AND FISHING DAY SWEEPSTAKES (“SWEEPSTAKES”).

How to enter:
No incomplete, inaccurate or altered entries or entries that have been generated by script, macro or other automated means will be accepted. All entries become the exclusive property of Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA (“Sponsor”) and National Hunting and Fishing Day and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Limit:
Limit one (1) sweepstakes entry per person, per household and per email address for the entire Promotion Period.
