Zatarains Jazzmatazz Sweepstakes 2008 Rules

Eligibility :
Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older. Employees, officers and directors of Zatarain’s (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, including Encircle Marketing and Promotion Fulfillment Center, and the immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children and parents, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible. Void in AK, HI and where prohibited.

Timing :
Zatarain’s Jazzmatazz 2008 Sweepstakes begins on August 18, 2008 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 9, 2008 at 11:59 PM ET (the “promotion period”).

How to enter:
To enter, visit www.zatarains.com during the promotion period and click on the Jazzmatazz Sweepstakes link to access the online entry form. Complete the entry form and submit so that it is received by the Sponsor’s server by 11:59 PM ET on November 9, 2008.

Limit:
Limit one entry per person/email address per day.

Prize (s):
(1) Grand Prize - a trip for two to Mardi Gras 2009. The Grand Prize will be awarded in the form of a $3,500 preloaded American Express card. It is the Sponsor’s intention that the gift card be used for a trip for two people to Mardi Gras 2009, but the gift card may be used in any way the winner chooses. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $3,500.

(500) First Prizes – a Zatarain’s gift box containing a selection of Zatarain’s products, ARV $20.

Limit one (1) First Prize per person.

Total ARV of all prizes:
$13,500.
