How To Enter : Visit website nick.com/birdseye (the “Sweepstakes Site”) and complete an entry form and play the “create the recipe” game as directed online (each an “Entry”, collectively the “Entries”).

Eligibility : To enter the Sweepstakes you must be (i) a legal resident of the continental United States or the District of Columbia (the “Eligibility Area”) and (ii) between the ages of six (6) and eleven (11) or the parent or legal guardian of a child between those ages at time of entry (“Participant”).

Timing : The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on July 9, 2012 and ends at 11:59::59 p.m. EST on September 9, 2012 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Limit one Entry per calendar day per person and/or email address.

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize Winner (“GP Winner”) will be awarded a trip for GP Winner and up to three (3) guests (one of which whom must be the parent of GP Winner) (“Guests”) to Los Angeles, CA (the “Trip Package”). If GP Winner submitted a recipe along with his/her Entry, his/her recipe will be digitally inserted within an “iCarly” episode to be solely determined by Sponsor. Trip Package includes (i) roundtrip coach airfare for up to four (4) persons from the major commercial airport nearest the GP Winner’s residence to Los Angeles, CA approximate retail value (“ARV”) $2,000.00, (ii) three (3) nights hotel accommodations at hotel of Sponsor’s choice (two rooms, double occupancy); ARV $1,200.00, (iii) round trip ground transportation between airport, hotel and the set of a Nickelodeon live-action series (to be determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion and subject to production schedules) , ARV $750.00; and (iv) $1,500.00 in spending money for GP Winner only. Total ARV of Grand Prize: $5,450.00.

First Prize (150): First Prize winners will each be awarded with one (1) “I <3 iCarly” DVD box set. The
ARV of each First Prize is $24.00. Total ARV of all First Prizes is $3,600.00.

Second Prize (50): Second Prize winners will each be awarded with an “iCarly Groovy Foodie” video game. ARV of each Second Prize $29.99. Total ARV of all Second Prizes is $1,499.50.
