Palm Holiday Sweepstakes Rules

Eligibility :
The Palm Holiday Sweepstakes (”Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of, and living within, the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Timing :
The Palm Holiday Sweepstakes starts 12/01/08 at 12:00:01 A.M., Pacific Time (”PT”) and ends 12/31/08 at 11:59:59 P.M., PT (”Sweepstakes Period”).

How to enter:
Go to: www.Palm.com/textclaus and follow the entry instructions. On-line entry does not require any purchase or payment of any kind.

Limit:
You may enter as often as you wish regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize (1): The Grand Prize Winner will receive a check in the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) ARV: $10,000.

First Prize (100): One Hundred (100) First Prize Winners will each receive a Palm® Centro™ smartphone. ARV: $299 each.
