How To Enter : To enter a given Individual Sweepstakes visit the LIVE! with Kelly web site at http://www.livewithkelly.tv (“Web Site”) during the Individual Sweepstakes entry periods
Eligibility : Open only to persons 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry, who are permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States and the District of Columbia (“D.C.”) (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions) or permanent legal residents of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who are physically located and legally residing therein.
Timing : LIVE’s Grilling with the Stars: Summer Fun Sweeps (“Sweepstakes”) begins on June 1, 2012 and ends on August 1, 2012 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : Limit one (1) Entry per Individual Sweepstakes/per person/email address during each Individual Sweepstakes.
Prize (s) :
Ten (10) prizes will be awarded (one (1) winner will be selected for each Individual Sweepstakes): Each prize winner will receive a three hundred dollar ($300) cash award awarded to the winner in the form of check and a Summer Fun Prize Package valued at two hundred and fifty dollars ($250) consisting of outdoor plastic ware for entertaining (actual items and vendor selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion). The approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $550 (USD).
