Eligibility : Connect One Instant Win and Sweeps (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Promotion Period : The Connect One Instant Win and Sweeps begins on July 6, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 3, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).
How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, go to http://capitalone.promo.eprize.com/connect and fill out the online entry form.
Limit : Each participant may enter/play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Sweepstakes Donation Prize:
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $10,000 donation awarded in the form of a check from Sponsor to the non-profit organization selected by the winner upon registration. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000.
Instant Win Game Donation Prizes:
SIXTY (60) FIRST PRIZES: $25 donation awarded in the form of a check from Sponsor to the non-profit organization selected by the winner upon registration. ARV: $25.
Total ARV of all prizes:
$11,500
Winners : Winner List requests will only be accepted after the promotion end date (listed above) and no later than December 3, 2009. For the Winner List, visit the promotion website, complete the form at the bottom of the FAQ, and select “Win List Request” in the drop down.
