How To Enter : During the Sweepstakes Period, (1) use your personal Instagram account to upload a photo created by you on the following theme: “Movie Crush Selfie” (“Photo”), and (2) include “@Fandango” and the hashtag #MovieCrushSelfieSweeps in the post accompanying your Photo upload. Instagram Entry must include the Photo, @Fandango, and #MovieCrushSelfieSweeps or your Instagram Entry will not be valid.
Eligibility : Fandango’s “Movie Crush Selfie” Instagram Photo Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to permanent, legal residents of forty-nine (49) states of the United States (“U.S.”) and the District of Columbia (void in Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and all overseas military installations) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, and the age of majority in their state of residence, as of January 27, 2014, with access to an iOS or Android device, as well as to the Internet, at all times during the Sweepstakes Period (as defined below) and subsequent Prize Award Period (as defined below).
Timing : The Sweepstakes has twenty-two (22) separate and consecutive entry periods. The first entry period begins at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on January 27, 2014 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on that same day. The next twenty-one (21) entry periods will follow on the consecutive twenty-one (21) days, each beginning at 12:00 a.m. PT one day, starting on January 28, 2014 and ending at 11:59 p.m. on that same day, with the twenty-second and final entry period starting at 12:00 a.m. on February 17, 2014 and ending at 9:00 a.m. PT on February 17, 2014 (each an “Entry Period” and collectively the “ Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person, per Entry Period, per Instagram account and per household, during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry and regardless of number of Instagram accounts an individual may have. Entrants may receive up to twenty-two (22) total entries in this Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Any attempts by an entrant to submit more than one (1) entry per Entry Period or twenty-two (22) total entries into this Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period will result in such entrant being disqualified.
