How To Enter : To enter the Contest, during the Contest Period, visit (the “Contest Website”) click on the Contest link and follow the instructions to register.

Eligibility :  Open to SIOs or FSRs who are operating in the U.S. and the District of Columbia, with three or fewer locations and have an annual revenue of $2,000,000 or less per location.

Timing : The Unilever Food Solutions Inspired Restaurant Makeover Contest (the “Contest”) begins at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 17, 2011 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on May 31, 2011 (the “Contest Period”).

Limit : Limit one entry per Small Independent Operator (“SIO”)/Full Service Restaurant (“FSR”).

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize (1): An UFS consultation package across UFS services in the areas of “Your Guest,” “Your Menu,” and “Your Kitchen.” Includes access to Certified Master Chef and Registered Dietitian. UFS consultation package is for five (5) days at approximately seven (7) hours each day from up to three (3) UFS consultants. A one (1) year supply of free UFS professional ingredients (awarded as a reimbursement up to $55,000). A $5,000 cash stipend to invest in Grand Prize winning business as Front-of-House or Back-of House improvements only. The $5,000 cash stipend must go back into the business. A 3-day/2 -night trip for up to four (4) employees to St. Helena, California to participate in an Inspirational Culinary Institute of America (“CIA”) Experience Weekend. Trip includes round-trip coach-class air transportation from the major United States airport in the 50 U.S., including D.C., nearest to Grand Prize winning location, ground transportation to/from airport/CIA , four (4) 2-nights hotel accommodations (based on single occupancy), and an opportunity to attend the world famous CIA with the UFS Culinary Team and work on improving the Grand Prize winning menu with CIA instructors.
