Eligibility :
Get Smart. Eat Fresh. (the “Sweepstakes” and “Instant Win Game”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) and Puerto Rico (excluding all remaining U.S. Territories and Possessions and all Overseas Military Installations) who are at least thirteen (13) years old as of June 2, 2008. Employees of the Subway Franchisee Advertising Fund Trust (”SFAFT”), Doctor’s Associates Inc. (”DAI”), SUBWAY® restaurants, The CDM Company, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc, and ePrize, LLC, and their respective parent and affiliate companies, suppliers as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members (whether legally related or not) of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Timing :
The Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game begins on June 2, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on August 10, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

How to Enter :
During the Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game Period, go to www.subwayfreshbuzz.com and fill out the online entry form. Complete and submit the online entry form with all required information. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and advance to the Instant Win Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed. If after you enter/play you become a potential prize winner you will be taken to another page to provide a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Instant Win Game.

Limit :
Each entrant may enter/play one (1) time per day during the Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game Period.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: 1965 Sunbeam Tiger Series I Convertible Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”): Fifty-Eight Thousand, Five Hundred dollars ($58,500) (USD) and Twenty-Five Thousand Seventy-Two Dollars ($25,072) (USD) spending money that can be used to cover taxes. Vehicle will be awarded as is.

Instant Win Game Prizes:

ONE (1) FIRST PRIZE: Vespa GTS 250. ARV: Five Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Dollars ($5,999.00) (USD). If winner is from Puerto Rico, winner will receive the cash equivalent of the Vespa.

ONE (1) SECOND PRIZE: VIP Warner Bros. Lot Tour. Prize package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home to Los Angeles Airport (LAX), CA; three (3) days and four (4) nights accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); ground transportation to and from airport and hotel and between hotel and Warner Bros. NINE (9) THIRD PRIZES: Vespa LX 50 in the color yellow. If winner is from Puerto Rico, winner will receive the cash equivalent of the Vespa. ARV of each individual Vespa LX 50: Three Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Nine dollars ($3,199.00) (USD). Total combined ARV of all Vespa LX 50’s: Twenty-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-One Dollars ($28,791.00) (USD).

FIFTEEN (15) FOURTH PRIZES: Apple Gift Card (terms and conditions apply). ARV of each individual Apple Gift Card: One Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($1,800.00) (USD). Total combined ARV of all Apple Gift Cards: Twenty-Seven Thousand Dollars ($27,000.00) (USD).

FIVE (5) FIFTH PRIZES: Magellan GPS Unit (specific model determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion). ARV of each individual Magellan GPS Unit: Nine Hundred Dollars ($900.00) (USD). Total combined ARV of all Magellan GPS Units: Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500.00) (USD).

ONE HUNDRED (100) SIXTH PRIZES: Best Buy Gift Card (terms and conditions apply). Total ARV: One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) (USD) per Best Buy Gift Card.

ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE (125) SEVENTH PRIZES: “Get Smart”: Bruce & Lloyd: Out of Control DVD. Total ARV: Nineteen Dollars and Ninety-Eight Cents ($19.98) (USD) per DVD.

THIRTY THOUSAND (30,000) EIGHTH PRIZES: A Unique Hollywood Movie Money Code redeemable for an admission certificate up to Twelve Dollars ($12.00) (USD) to the “Get Smart” movie.

THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (3,500) NINTH PRIZES: SUBWAY® Card (terms and conditions apply). ARV: Five Dollars ($5.00) (USD) per SUBWAY® Card.

FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND (500,000) TENTH PRIZES (fifty thousand (50,000) prizes per calendar week): 1.25 oz bag of Frito-Lay FLAT EARTH Cheddar Flavor Chips. ARV: One Dollar and Nineteen Cents ($1.19) (USD) per bag.
