Eligibility : The eBay Give. Good. Green. Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age and older, who are physically located and reside in the United States or District of Columbia at the time of entry (“Eligible Participant”). Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited.
Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) on September 1, 2009 and ends 11:59:59 PM PT on October 16, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).
How To Enter : Go to www.ebaygivegoodgreen.com and follow the instructions.
Limit : There is a limit of twelve (12) entries per eBay user ID, Facebook Account, Twitter Account and/or per person/email address per day, regardless of method of entry.
Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: Tazzari Zero Electric Car. Approx. Retail Value (ARV): $20,000.
Three (3) Second Prizes:
- Actors Fund – You Conduct The Exit Music At The Phantom of the Opera Broadway Show. Two (2) tickets plus experience. ARV: $3,500.
- Four (4) tickets to the Variety Power of Youth 2009 Experience in Hollywood, CA plus four (4) VIP gift bags. ARV: $5,000.
- Two (2) tickets to the 2010 GRAMMYS as well as two (2) tickets to the afterparty. ARV: $5,000. Talent availability at events is not guaranteed. All transportation and/or hotel accommodations for the three (3) Second Prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
