HGTV unveiled the $1.5 million HGTV Smart Home 2017 in Scottsdale, Arizona. This means the wait for the HGTV Smart Home 2017 Sweepstakes is almost over!

Starting on April 12, 2017, visit HGTV.com/Smart and enter this highly anticipated giveaway for a chance to win this year’s grand prize package valued at more than $1.5 million.

The HGTV Smart Home winner will receive the home and all its furnishings, along with a brand new 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLE 550e 4MATIC plus $100,000 cash, courtesy of Quicken Loans.

• Complete the online entry form by providing all required information.
• Submit the HGTV Smart Home entry form as directed.

You will immediately receive one entry into the Sweepstakes for that day.

Enter Online On DIY Network:

• Visit the DIY Smart Home Sweepstakes website at www.diynetwork.com/hgtv-smart-home.
• Complete the online entry form by providing all required information.
• Submit the entry form as directed.

You will automatically earn a second entry into the Giveaway for that day.

Enter By Mail:

• Hand print your name, complete address, phone number (including area code) and date of birth either on a postcard or on a separate piece of paper no larger than 8½ x 11 inches.
• Mail the postcard or paper in an envelope with the proper postage affixed to“HGTV Smart Home Giveaway 2017, PO Box 51512, Knoxville, TN 37950”.

Official Rules

The HGTV Smart Home 2017 Sweepstakes is open to legal resident of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths who is 21 years of age or older as of April 12, 2017.

Begins at 9:00 a.m. ET on April 12, 2017 and ends at 5:00 p.m. ET on June 2, 2017. Entrants may enter up to 2 times per day throughout the Giveaway Period.

One prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all completed, correct and eligible Entries. Random drawing will take place on or about March 27, 2017.

Grand Prize (1): A $1.5 million prize package consisting of the fully furnished HGTV Smart Home 2017, a 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLE 550e 4MATIC and $100,000 from national mortgage lender Quicken Loans.
