Timing : Safeway “Pack Your Picnic with Dairy Instant Win Game & Sweepstakes” (the “Promotion”) starts on 6/1/11 at 12:00 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 6/30/11 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET (the “Promotion Period”), and
consists of a “Dairy Dunk” Game (“Dunk Game”), an Instant Win Game, and a Grand Prize Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”).

SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE (1): The “Sweepstakes Grand Prize” is a trip for four, the Sweepstakes Winner and three of his/her guests (the “Guests”), to any “National Park” located within the 50 United States only (excluding American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, and the Virgin Islands) selected by the Sweepstakes Winner. The Sweepstakes Grand Prize will include: roundtrip coach-class air transportation for Sweepstakes Winner and his/her Guests from a gateway airport closest to Sweepstakes Winner’s
home (selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a gateway airport closest to the National Park (selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion); seven (7) nights hotel accommodations (two rooms, double occupancy) in a hotel to be determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion in or near the National Park, ground transportation to and from the airport to the hotel, a picnic basket that contains $200 Dollar My Choice Gift Card, and a check made payable to the Sweepstakes Winner in the amount of $5,500 for spending money during the trip. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize is $24,185.
