Eligibility : The Contest and Sweepstakes are open to persons who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the (50) United States and/or the District of Columbia, and who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Timing : This Contest and Sweepstakes both begin at 12:00 AM, October 1, 2011, US Pacific Time and end December 31, 2011 at 12:00 AM, US Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”).

Sweepstakes Prizes. Five (5) “First Prizes” are available to be won by Sweepstakes Entrants. Each First Prize is a trip for two (2) persons to attend SXSW 2012 that includes two (2) platinum access passes to SXSW 2012, roundtrip airfare from closest major gateway to/from Austin, TX, four (4) nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy) and $750.00 in spending money.
