Eligibility : The Top 10 Moments in BCS History Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of the state of California) and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Timing : Consumers will be eligible to participate between 12:00PM (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) on 11/9/11 and 11:59PM ET on 12/16/11 (the “Promotion Period”)
