Eligibility : The Contest is offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at time of entry.
Timing : The Contest begins on Friday, April 5, 2013 at 12:00:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on Friday, May 3, 2013 at 11:59:59 PM ET (“Contest Period”).

Grand Prize (1): The Grand Prize Winner will receive a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for two (2) people – the Grand Prize Winner and his or her guest – to a location to be determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion (“Grand Prize”). The Grand Prize trip includes: the opportunity to meet Russell Westbrook, subject to availability, and a styling session with Russell Westbrook, subject to availability; two (2) tickets to a professional basketball game (the game will be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion); round-trip coach class air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and guest from a gateway airport close to the Grand Prize Winner’s residence (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to and from a gateway airport close to the Grand Prize destination (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion); two (2) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy) at a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; and roundtrip ground transfers between the destination airport and hotel. The Grand Prize is subject to all of the terms, conditions, and restrictions set forth in these Official Rules. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,500.

The ARV of the First Prize is $4,500 and actual retail value of the First Prize depends on the city of departure, destination and fluctuations in airfare charges and hotel rooms.
Runner Up Prizes (8): Each Runner Up Prize Winner will receive one (1) $100 Levi’s® Gift Card and one (1) basketball autographed by Russell Westbrook. Each Runner Up Prize is subject to all of the terms, conditions, and restrictions set forth in these Official Rules. The ARV of each Runner Up Prize is $125.
