Eligibility : The Seinfield Hamptons Holiday Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is only open to permanent legal residents of 47 states of the U.S. and D.C. (void in Alaska, Hawaii and Rhode Island), who are physically located and residing therein, and who are 13 years of age or older as of time of entry.
Promotion Period : The Seinfield Hamptons Holiday Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on May 4, 2009, and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. PT on June 1, 2009 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
How To Enter : In order to enter the Seinfield Hamptons Holiday Sweepstakes, visit www.sonypictures.com/tv/shows/seinfeld/sweeps/ and follow the online instructions to complete and thereafter submit the Sweepstakes entry form.
Limit : Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person and per email address per day.
Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner will receive a trip to the Hamptons, New York (“Trip”) for himself/herself and up to one guest (“Guest”). Trip consists of: roundtrip economy class air transportation for Grand Prize winner and Guest from a major airport near Grand Prize winner’s residence in one of the eligible 47 states of the U.S. (void in Alaska, Hawaii and Rhode Island), or D.C. to New York City, New York; one (1) $500 American Express Gift Card for Grand Prize winner only (to be used for ground transportation from New York City to the Hamptons and back and additional expenses); three (3) nights hotel ocean view accommodation (single room/double occupancy) at Gurney’s Inn Resort & Spa; one (1) dinner for Grand Prize winner and Guest at Southampton Publick House (up to $100.00 in value, does not include tax, gratuity, or beverages; alcohol not included); one (1) dinner for Grand Prize winner and Guest at OSO Restaurant at Southampton Inn (up to $100.00 in value, does not include tax, gratuity, or beverages; alcohol not included); four (4) day Thalasso Spa treatment for Grand Prize winner and Guest at the spa at Gurney’s Inn, which shall include: three Spa cuisine meals daily for Grand Prize winner and Guest; Spa welcome and orientation package for two including $720 worth of spa treatments for both Grand Prize winner and Guest, health and fitness profile for two, unlimited exercise classes for two, daily guided ocean-air walks for two, one (1) discovery trek in the nearby Walking Dunes for two, a gift package including Gurney’s signature makeup bags for two (2), embroidered robe and beach tote for two (2), and one (1) Seinfeld merchandise prize pack.
