Timing : Sweepstakes begins on February 6, 2011 at 4:00 pm (Pacific Time) and ends on March 1, 2011 at 11:59 pm (Pacific Time).

GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner and his/her one (1) guest will receive a trip for two (2) (winner and his/her one guest) to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and attendance for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest at the world premiere of “Rio”. The Grand Prize includes travel certificates for round-trip coach class airfare departing from the major U.S. airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner’s home, and accommodations for three (3) nights (standard room; double occupancy) at hotel of Sponsor’s choice. In the event the Rio Premiere is cancelled or postponed, then the remaining elements of the Prize (i.e., the air travel and hotel) shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s Prize obligation to Winner and no other additional compensation will be awarded. Total Approximate Prize Value: $4,950.
