Promotion Period : One A Day MLB Spring Training 2010 Sweepstakes begins 06/04/09 and ends 06/30/09 (“Promotional Period”).
How To Enter : Redeem a specially marked One A Day® coupon for any One A Day® Men’s Health Formula, Men’s 50+ Advantage or Teen Advantage for Him at a participating Walgreens store to receive an Official Entry Form coupon printed at checkout OR to enter without purchase, hand-print your name, address and daytime phone number on a 3”x 5” card. Mail completed entry form or 3″ x 5″ card in a #10 envelope to: One A Day MLB® Spring Training 2010 Sweepstakes, Dept. G, P.O. Box 5700, Clinton, IA 52736-5700. All entries must be postmarked on or before 06/30/09 and received by 07/07/09.

One (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for four (4) to MLB® Spring Training 2010 in Winner’s choice of Arizona or Florida. Trip includes: four (4) roundtrip coach airline tickets, three (3) nights hotel accommodations with two (2) rooms, $1,500 spending money, and tickets for four (4) to three (3) MLB® Spring Training games (Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $6,000).
Three (3) FIRST PRIZES: Four (4) tickets to a 2009 Regular Season Major League Baseball game of Winners choice (excludes playoff and World Series games). Tickets subject to availability. Winners are responsible for all travel to and from game and any related expenses (ARV of each: $335).
