Get Out of the Cold Sweepstakes

Eligibility :
The Get Out of the Cold Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Timing :
The Get Out of the Cold Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:00 AM “EST” on February 2, 2009 and closes at the end of the first (1st) period of play during the NBC broadcast of the NHL Sunday “Game of the Week” on April 12, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

To enter the Get Out of the Cold Sweepstakes you must first register by visiting www.NHL.com/getoutofthecold (the “Website”)

Limit:
Limit of one (1) entry per person and/or email address per Weekly Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s):

WEEKLY PRIZES: There will be a total of eight (8) Grand Prizes available to be won (one (1) for each Weekly Sweepstakes Period) during the Sweepstakes Period, each consisting of a trip for four (4) to Universal Orlando in Orlando, Florida, including; round-trip coach class airfare for four (4) departing from the major airport nearest the winners residence (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) to Orlando, Florida, round-trip ground transportation to and from the Orlando International Airport and the Universal Orlando, three (3) nights hotel accommodation at the Hard Rock Hotel (or an alternate hotel as selected by the Sponsors) based on one (1) standard room quadruple occupancy (room and tax only),, and four (4) 3-day, 2-park admission passes to be used at Universal Studios and Universal’s Island Adventure. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $3,079.35 (US).

FIRST PRIZE: There will be a total of forty (40) First Prizes available to be won (five (5) for each Weekly Sweepstakes Period) during the Sweepstakes Period, each consisting of one (1) $100.00 (US) Shop.NHL.com gift certificate.

SECOND PRIZE: There will be a total of forty (40) Second Prizes available to be won (five (5) for each Weekly Sweepstakes Period) during the Sweepstakes Period, each consisting of one (1) NHL GameCenter Live subscription for “The Race for the Cup” package. The ARV of each Second Prize is $79.00 (US).

$31,794.80
