Eligibility : The Endless Summer Giveaway Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, who are at least eighteen (18) years old as of August 18, 2009.
Promotion Period : The Endless Summer Giveaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on August 18, 2009 and end at 12:00 p.m. PT on September 29, 2009 (“Promotion Period”).
How To Enter : Enter by simply completing the online Sweepstakes registration form located at www.triabeauty.com/win/endlesssummer (the “Website”).
Limit : Limit one entry person per mailing and/or e-mail address during the promotion period.
Prize (s):
There will be One (1) Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize winner will receive a 3 day / 2 night trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, California (“City”). The trip for two (2) includes: i) round trip transportation: if winner resides more than one hundred (100) miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) persons between the major metropolitan airport nearest winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and an airport in or near the City; and if winner resides within one hundred (100) miles from the City, Sponsor-selected round-trip ground transportation for two (2) persons between winner’s residence and the hotel., ii) Standard double occupancy luxury hotel accommodations (one room) for 2 (two) nights, iii) Ashley Paige custom swimsuit (ARV – $1000); iv) TRIA Laser Hair Removal System (ARV – $795), v) Spending Stipend ($300). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,995.
