How To Enter : To enter the Encore “Hollywood Heroes” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) go to http://encoretv.com/xfinitysweeps and follow the prompts to enter your name, complete mailing address (no PO Boxes accepted), day and home phone number, age and email address. After completing the entry form with all required information press “enter” to be electronically entered.
Eligibility : Encore “Hollywood Heroes” Sweepstakes is Open to individuals: (i) who are 25 years of age or older at time of entry, (ii) are permanent legal US citizens who: (A) reside within the forty eight (48) Continental United States and Washington DC, and (B) enter from within the U.S..
Timing : Between 12:01am (PT) on May 15, 2014 and 11:59 pm (PT) on May 31, 2014 (“End Date”) (the “Promotion Period”),
Limit : Only one (1) entry per person per household address per day during the Promotion Period by any method of entry.
Prize (s) :
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded of a 5-day/4-night trip for two (2) people to Los Angeles, California. Trip consists of: (i) Two (2) round-trip coach airline tickets to Los Angeles, California from a major airport nearest winners’ home (airline, seat assignments, connections and possible layovers determined solely by Sponsor); (ii) Four (4) night hotel accommodations for two (2) people at the Andaz West Hollywood Hotel, or similar accommodations (“Hotel”); (iiii) daily full breakfast for two (2) at the Hotel; (v) A mid-size rental car for duration of the stay (including taxes), driver must be at least 25 years of age with valid drivers’ license; (vi) $50 Food & Beverage credit at the Hotel; (vii) Deluxe tour of a Hollywood studio including lunch for two (2) people; and (viii) $500 spending cash (“Grand Prize”).
