Bertolli’s Into the Heart of Italy Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Bertolli’s Into the Heart of Italy Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Bertolli’s Into the Heart of Italy Sweepstakes begins on March 14, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on June 14, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each participant may watch up to six (6) Videos and may receive up to six (6) Sweepstakes entries during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to Italy. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Florence, Italy; 7 days and 6 nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); $1,000 spending money for the winner only. Scheduled guided tours
including: Tuscany Countryside Tour by private car, Food and Wine tasting in Chiati region; Mercedes sedan with English speaking driver, English speaking tour guide at the winery; tolls, vat, taxes, gratuities. ONE (1) FIRST PRIZE: Italian Espresso Maker. ARV: $800.

ONE (1) SECOND PRIZE: Bertolli meals for a year. Prize will be awarded as two (2) meals per month (valued at $8.99) for twelve (12) months awarded in the form of gift card(s) (gift cards may be subject to expiration dates and restrictions may apply). ARV: $215.76.

ONE (1) THIRD PRIZE: Baci Chocolate for a Year (chocolate will be sent in 4 shipments over the course of a year). ARV: $150.

ONE (1) FOURTH PRIZE: Riedel Vinum Chardonnay Stemware Glass set. ARV: $120.

ONE (1) FIFTH PRIZE: William Sonoma Demitasse set. ARV: $80.
