Eligibility : Who Laid a Finger on Bart’s Butterfinger Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are physically located therein and who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
