Eligibility : American Express Travel Fall Giveaways (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Timing : The Sweepstakes begins October 2, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 30, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Has anyone successfully entered the American Express sweepstakes. I cannot get the page to load and, no it is not my computer. It is 3 months old and had 8gb. Amex has been notified several times and just ignors the requests for help.
