Eligibility :
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (D.C.), 13 years or older, and shall be constructed and evaluated according to U.S. law. You are not authorized to participate in the Sweepstakes if you are not a legal resident of the 50 United States or D.C. Employees of Reserve Brands Inc., Ruder Finn, American Eagle Foundation, The Dollywood Company or their subsidiaries and affiliated companies, or any promotion, advertising, judging or public relations company doing business with any of the above, or any of their respective families, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, or a member of the immediate family (parents, children, siblings, spouse, regardless of where they live) or people who live in the same household of such employees (whether related or not) are NOT eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or to participate in the voting process. The laws of the U.S.A. govern the Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited.
Timing :
Reserve Brands Inc. (“Reserve”) EAGLE snacks brand “The Bald and The Beautiful™ Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Standard Time (“CST”), September 8, 2008, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CST, November 6, 2008 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
How to enter:
The Sweepstakes consists of two (2) Phases: A Nomination Phase and a Voting Phase. To enter, visit enjoyeagle.com and follow the instructions.
Limit:
There is a limit of thirty-three entries per person per email address (one entry for the Nomination Phase and thirty-two for the Voting Phase).
Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip 4 Day/3 night trip for a family of four persons to Knoxville, TN including Round-trip coach air transportation from major U.S. gateway airport closest to winner’s residence and hotel accommodations (one cabin, family occupancy) at Eagles Ridge Resort in Pigeon Forge, TN. Four (4) Splash & Play Tickets good for three (3) days at Dollywood and/or Dollywood’s Splash Country during 2009 season and the opportunity for special activities including a guided tour of the American Eagle Foundation’s United States Eagle Center.
