Eligibility :
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors and officers of Blue Diamond Growers (“Sponsor”), its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, retailers, distributors, licensees, manufacturers, web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Promotion (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members of each (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and spouse of “step” of each) and those living in their same households (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Promotion) are not eligible to participate.
Timing :
Promotion begins on 9/1/08 at 12:00:00 am Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on 12/12/08 at 11:59:59 pm PT (the “Promotion Period”).
How to enter:
There are two (2) methods of entry, online and via phone. Online Entry: To enter online, log on to www.bluediamondfootballnut.com (“Web Site”) during the Promotion Period. Follow the on-screen directions to complete and submit the online registration form. For your registration to be valid, you must complete all required information and click on the “Submit” button on the registration page. You will need to obtain a product UPC from the back panel of a Blue Diamond® product, or you may also request a UPC without making a purchase by clicking on the “UPC Code” request link on the Web Site during registration, which will immediately generate a valid UPC for you on your registration form. Once you have registered on the Web Site you need not register again each time you visit the Web Site but you need only enter your e-mail address that you previously registered with when prompted. Once registered, you will be given the opportunity to play the online instant win game and enter the grand prize drawing (“Grand Prize Drawing”). You will be instantly notified whether you have won a weekly tailgating prize pack (“Weekly Tailgating Prize Pack”) in the online instant win game (see section five below for the Weekly Tailgating Prize Pack description), subject to verification. Phone Entry: To enter the Promotion via phone, please call 1 (800) 206-6200. Entry via phone does not require online registration. You will be given the opportunity to play the instant win game and enter the Grand Prize Drawing. If you are selected to receive a Weekly Tailgating Prize Pack in the instant win game, you will receive a congratulatory message. When prompted on the phone, potential winners (subject to verification) must clearly state their first and last name and telephone number in order to claim a prize. Failure to do so will result in prize forfeiture. Winners will also receive an entry into the Grand Prize Drawing upon providing this information. If you are not selected to receive a Weekly Tailgating Prize Pack via the phone method of entry, when prompted, you may state your first and last name and telephone number in order to receive an entry into the Grand Prize Drawing. For All Entries (Online and Phone): Automated means of entry are prohibited. All entries have an equal chance of winning. Whether or not you are a Weekly Tailgating Prize Pack winner, you will receive one (1) entry for a chance to win a prize in the Grand Prize Drawing each time you enter the Promotion online or via phone.
Limit:
Limit one (1) entry per person, household, and/or email address online and limit one (1) entry per person, household, and/or phone number per Day of the Promotion Period, for a total of two (2) entries per Day during the Promotion.
Prize (s):
Two (2) tickets to each of the eight (8) 2009 regular season home games and two (2) 2009 pre-season home games (twenty (20) total tickets) of your favorite professional football team.
FIFTEEN (15) BLUE DIAMOND® WEEKLY TAILGATING PRIZE PACKS (one prize per week): Three (3) cans of 6 oz. Blue Diamond® products and a Cooladio chair (a folding chair with a cooler and detachable AM/FM radio). ARV: $50.
