Eligibility :
Tee it Up with Tiger 2008 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old and the age of majority in their states of residence at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsors, Administrator, NIKE Inc. and NIKE Golf Retailers as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void outside the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsors’ and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins on May 19, 2008 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on August 15, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).
How to Enter :
The only way to enter the Sweepstakes is to obtain a specially colored promotional “platinum colored” golf ball with a unique code by one of the following methods:
a. Purchase NIKE ONE Platinum or NIKE ONE Black Golf Balls: During the Promotion Period, purchase packages of NIKE ONE Platinum or NIKE ONE Black golf balls. If the package contains a specially colored promotional “platinum colored” golf ball with a unique code (“Code”), visit www.teeitupwithtiger.com during the Promotion Period and follow the links and instructions to enter your Code and complete the registration form. Complete and submit the registration including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. Once you complete your registration form, you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. You must complete the registration form and enter your code by 11:59 PM ET August 15, 2008. You must keep your specially colored promotional “platinum colored” golf ball with a unique code and proof of purchase, which Sponsor reserves the right to inspect to confirm your entry.
b. Free Method of Entry: If you would like to participate without purchasing packages of NIKE ONE Platinum or NIKE ONE Black golf balls, visit www.teeitupwithtiger.com and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration form. Complete and submit the registration form, including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. Once you submit the registration form, follow the links and instructions to play the golf ball game. If the golf ball game generates a specially colored “platinum colored” golf ball, you will automatically receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry.
Limit :
Each participant may enter the Sweepstakes one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period by either method of entry.
Prize (s):
TWENTY-FOUR (24) GRAND PRIZES: A Trip for one (1) to West Coast (specific location determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class airfare for one (1) from a major commercial airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) to West Coast (specific location determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); two (2) nights accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); admission to the Tiger Woods Golf Clinic; one (1) Golf outing including eighteen (18) holes of golf; and one hole with Tiger Woods (details determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,000.
