Eligibility :
The Train with a Legend Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to permanent legal residents of the 50 states of the U.S., D.C., and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who are physically located and residing therein, and who are 18 years of age or older as of August 14, 2008. Entrants must have either a valid social security number, a valid U.S. personal tax identification, or a valid social insurance number to participate. Employees of Sony Pictures Home Entertainment Inc. (“Sponsor”), Sony Pictures Entertainment, Inc., Spectre Entertainment Group, Inc., Sweepstakes administrator, their advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of this Sweepstakes, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, service providers, prize suppliers, any other person or entity associated with this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents), and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are ineligible to enter this Sweepstakes.
Timing :
This Sweepstakes begins at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on August 14, 2008, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on September 24, 2008 (“Sweepstakes Period”).Â
How to enter:
To enter the Sweepstakes, access the website located at www.sonypictures.com/homevideo/redbelt/sweeps/ (“Website”) and follow the online instructions to complete and thereafter submit the Sweepstakes entry form (“Sweepstakes Entry”). Information required on the entry form consists of your Email Address, First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Street Address (no P.O. Boxes), City, State, Zip Code, Daytime Phone Number (including area code), and Gender (collectively, “Entry Information”). All required Entry Information must be completed in full.
Limit:
Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person/email address per day. Sweepstakes Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. PT on September 24, 2008.
Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. Grand Prize consists of one (1) personal training package for the Grand Prize winner only for three (3) days of training from the gym’s staff of trainers, including one (1) personal training session with Chris Reilly at Randy Couture’s Legends Mixed Martial Arts Training Center in Hollywood, CA, a custom training plan and diet plan to take home, and access to all classes during such three-day period. Grand Prize winner will receive a trip to Hollywood, CA for himself/herself and one (1) guest (“Trip”). Trip consists of: roundtrip economy class air transportation for Grand Prize winner and guest from an airport near Grand Prize winner’s residence in the 50 states of the U.S., D.C. or Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) to Los Angeles, CA (both airports as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion; and the air transportation portion of the prize will not be awarded if the Grand Prize winner lives within 100 miles of Los Angeles); three (3) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy); one (1) $100 American Express Gift Card for ground transportation; one (1) Randy Couture merchandise prize pack including a shirt, shorts, gloves, and movie poster, all signed by Randy “The Natural” Couture; one (1) Legends Gym prize pack consisting of shorts, a shirt, shin guards, wraps and gloves to train in.
