Eligibility :
To enter the sweepstakes you must be a permanent, legal resident of the 50 states of the United States or District of Columbia and eighteen (18) years of age or older as of January 26, 2009. Void where prohibited by law.
Timing :
The Daily Habit’s Quiksilver Epiphone Giveaway begins at 12:00 am (midnight) Pacific Time (PT) on January 26, 2009, and ends at 11:59 pm PT on February 26, 2009.

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded for the entire Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize will consist of the following items: one (1) Quiksilver prize package (consisting of the winner’s choice of one (1) pair of denim jeans (selection from three (3) different styles), one (1) Quiksilver flannel shirt and one (1) Quiksilver T-shirt) with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $200, and one (1) Epiphone Les Paul guitar with an ARV of $357. The ARV for the entire Grand Prize is $557.00.
