Eligibility : The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older.
Timing : Begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 15, 2013 and ends at 12:00 p.m. ET on February 28, 2013 (“Promotion Period”).
