Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win the Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize”), which will consist of the following: (i) a home (based on the winning design from a previously held online vote) located in Atlantic, North Carolina (includes the real property, landscaping, and the house) with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $447,740 as of June 2013, (the “Blog Cabin”); and (ii) a selection of home furnishings (ARV: $15,000). Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $462,740.
