Eligibility :
Honda Ultimate Garage (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (and the District of Columbia) who are eighteen (18) years old and older at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited. Employees of American Honda Motor Company, Inc., Rubin Postaer and Associates, ePrize, LLC, The Walt Disney Company and their respective related companies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. The Promotion consists of an eDecoder game (the “eDecoder Game”) and a Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”).
Timing :
The Promotion begins on June 20, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), and ends on October 31, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).
How to Enter :
There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
i. Enter at any Honda Ultimate Garage Event: During the Promotion Period, attend any of the Honda Ultimate Garage Events scheduled to be held at each of the following locations: (i) The National BBQ Battle in Washington, DC (June 21-22, 2008), (ii) The Pro Football Hall of Fame Rib Burn off in Canton, OH (July 30, 2008-August 2, 2008), (iii) The Reno Air Races in Reno, NV (September 10-14, 2008), and (iv) The Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta in Albuquerque, NM (October 4-12, 2008) (each an “Event”, collectively the “Events”). Visit the Honda Ultimate Garage tent located at each Event and speak with a Sponsor representative to register for the Promotion. Complete the registration form with the Sponsor representative, including your first name, email address and confirmation of your eligibility. You automatically will be entered with one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
ii. Enter Online: During the Promotion Period, visit http://honda.eprize.net/ultimategarage and fill out the online entry form. Complete and submit the online entry form, including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will be entered with one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Limit :
Each entrant may enter the Sweepstakes one (1) time per Event and one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period, regardless of the method of entry.
Prize (s):
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A Trip for four (4) to Disneyland. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class airfare for four (4) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA; three (3) days and two (2) night accommodations at one of the Hotels of the Disneyland® Resort (two standard rooms, double occupancy); ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; four (4) 3-day Disneyland®Resort Park Hopper®Tickets (subject to restrictions); a $1,000 Honda-branded VISA gift card for spending money; and a Disney Gift Card with a value of six hundred dollars ($600.00). THREE (3) FOURTH PRIZES: Helix XM radio and one (1) year subscription to XM Radio. Terms and conditions of XM Radio service apply. ARV: $441.45. ONE (1) FIFTH PRIZE: Honda FG110AT Tiller. ARV: $379. ONE (1) SIXTH PRIZE: Honda HHT25SLTAT Trimmer. ARV: $349. Odds of winning a Sweepstakes prize depends on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. eDecoder Game Prizes: NINETEEN (19) SEVENTH PRIZES: $100 Honda-branded Visa gift card. ARV: $100. NINETEEN (19) EIGHTH PRIZES: $75 Honda-branded Visa gift card. ARV: $75. NINETEEN (19) NINETH PRIZES: $50 Honda-branded Visa gift card. ARV: $50. Winner must comply with all terms and conditions of gift card. Odds of winning an eDecoder Game Prize depend on the number of eDecoder Game prizes divided by the number of eligible eDecoder Game plays received during the applicable Week of the Promotion Period. Limit: One (1) eDecoder Game prize per person.
